This Notice is provided by Brihas Intelligence Private Limited("Company", "we", "our", or "us") before obtaining your consent to process your personal data through the conversational AI platform under the brand name brihas.ai("Platform"). Please read this Notice carefully before using the Platform.
The Platform is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By providing consent under this Notice, you confirm that you are an adult. We do not knowingly process the personal data of anyone under 18.

Depending on how you use the Platform, we may process:

- Information you provide in conversations, prompts, messages, files, images, audio recordings, or other content submitted through the Platform;
- Conversation history and prior interactions;

We may analyze your conversations with the Platform to generate a quotient (Brihas Quotient) and dimension scores.
Your longitudinal history of all the inputs you provide to the Platform shall be stored and processed in accordance with applicable law.

Using your conversations to train or improve our AI models is optional and is not required to use the Platform. We will only do so where you give separate, specific consent through a dedicated setting, which is off by default. You may turn this setting on or off at any time without affecting your access to the Platform.

- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
03AI Processing and Personalisation
The Platform uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to process user interactions. This may include:
- Analysis of conversations;
- Generation of summaries;
- Creation of contextual memory;
- Personalisation of future interactions;
- Safety and risk assessment.
The Platform may retain information from previous conversations to provide a more personalised experience.
04Voluntary Nature of Consent
Your consent is voluntary. You may choose not to provide certain personal data; however, some Platform features may not function properly without such information.
05Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time by:

- Disabling memory or personalisation features where available;

Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing undertaken before such withdrawal.
Withdrawing your consent is as simple as giving it. The settings used to withdraw consent are made available to you on the same basis and with the same ease as the consent you originally provided.
